Do I need a powerful computer to run RheoCast?
For the Free tier and offline transcription on Apple Silicon Macs, we recommend a modern Mac (M1/M2/M3 or later). Pro and Ministry plans use cloud processing for most AI features, which works well on a wider range of Windows and Intel Mac hardware — see Setup & Installation in our docs for full requirements.
Are there limits on AI generation in the Pro plan?
The Pro plan includes a generous monthly pool of AI credits shared across your devices. For typical weekly services, devotionals, and social content, most ministries stay well within the included allowance. Check your usage anytime in Settings → Subscription.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes, you can easily change your plan from your account dashboard. Prorated charges or credits will be applied automatically to your next billing cycle.
How does the NDI output work?
RheoCast Professional includes native NDI (Network Device Interface) output with full alpha channel support. This allows you to send high-quality, transparent lower-thirds directly over your local network to OBS, vMix, ProPresenter, or any NDI-compatible switcher with zero delay.
