These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RheoCast website, desktop application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Raltech (raltechinc.com) ("we," "us," or "our"). RheoCast is a product of Raltech.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

RheoCast is a software platform designed to assist ministries with real-time scripture detection, live transcription, Bible and content display, broadcast outputs (including HDMI and NDI for use with third-party streaming tools), and AI-generated sermon content. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

Account Creation: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password and license keys that you use to access the Service.
Subscriptions: Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis.
License Keys: License keys are issued per organization or per device depending on your plan. Sharing license keys outside of your authorized organization is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
One person, one account: Free trials, free-tier access, and promotional allowances are intended for a single natural person or a single authorized organization. Creating or using multiple accounts (including multiple Google or email sign-ins) to obtain additional free trials, transcription minutes, or AI credits for the same person, church, or device setup is prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Raltech and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5. Bible Translations and Imported Content

RheoCast currently includes a number of public-domain Bible translations. We may, in future, offer certain copyrighted translations under licence; if and when we do, your right to use those licensed translations will be governed by your subscription and the applicable publisher terms.

RheoCast also lets you import additional translations from your own files ("Imported Content"). Imported Content is stored only on your device; it is never uploaded to, synced with, or shared through our servers. RheoCast does not supply, host, or distribute Imported Content.

You may import and use a translation only if it is in the public domain, created by you or your organisation, or one you are properly licensed to use. By importing content, you represent and warrant that:

you hold all rights necessary to copy, display, and broadcast it in your services (including any online streaming via NDI or third-party tools); and
your use complies with the copyright and licensing laws of your jurisdiction.

You must not import or use any translation you are not authorised to use. The Service provides a good-faith safeguard (it warns about well-known copyrighted translations and asks you to confirm you hold a valid licence before importing), but you remain solely responsible for what you import and for how you display or broadcast it — much as worship-music licensing is the responsibility of the church, not the software.

6. User Content and AI Generation

You retain all rights to the audio and transcripts processed through the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

AI Disclaimer: The Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence to detect scripture and generate content. While we strive for high accuracy, AI systems can make mistakes. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content (including scripture references, summaries, and devotionals) before publishing or broadcasting it to your audience.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
To import, display, or broadcast any Bible translation or other content that you are not authorised to use, or in any way that infringes the intellectual-property rights of a publisher or other third party.
To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Raltech, a company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm the company or users of the Service.
To create, maintain, or use more than one account to circumvent free-tier limits, trial periods, usage quotas, device limits, or subscription requirements, or to otherwise abuse promotional or no-cost access to the Service.
To share, sell, or transfer accounts, license keys, or device registrations for the purpose of evading plan limits or enabling unauthorized use of paid features.

We may investigate suspected abuse using account, device, usage, and technical signals (for example, device identifiers, IP addresses, and patterns of sign-up or usage). Violations may result in suspension or termination of one or more accounts, revocation of trials or credits, and blocking of devices from the Service, without refund where permitted by law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Raltech and its directors, employees, partners, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) content you import, display, or broadcast through the Service; or (b) your breach of these Terms, including the acceptable-use and imported-content provisions above.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Raltech, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Governing Law and International Use

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions, and subject to any mandatory protections available to you under the laws of your place of residence. RheoCast is operated from Ghana and serves users worldwide; you are solely responsible for complying with the laws of your own jurisdiction, including copyright, public-performance and broadcast, and data-protection laws.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and may require you to review and accept the updated Terms before continuing to use affected features.
