Keyboard Shortcuts
Quick reference for RheoCast keyboard shortcuts during live services and in Creator Studio.
Master these shortcuts to operate RheoCast efficiently during live services.
General
These work anywhere in the app unless you are typing in an input field.

On macOS the same actions are in the menu bar: RheoCast (Check for Updates, Settings), File (New Note, Import a Bible), View (Present, Broadcast, Find a Verse, Keyboard Shortcuts, Diagnostics), Window (Pop Out Notes) and Help (Documentation, Tutorials, Contact Support, Send Feedback).

Go Live has no keyboard shortcut. Use the toggle on the Display Preview panel. The separate Go Live for streaming is in the Broadcast tab.
Present › Notes
| Shortcut | Action |

| ⌘/Ctrl + ⇧ + L | Send the highlighted sentence as a lower third, over every scene until cleared |
| ⌘/Ctrl + ⇧ + N / P | Show the next / previous page, from inside the editor |
| → / ←, Page Down / Page Up | Show the next / previous page, when the editor is not focused |
| Esc | Clear the page from the screen |

Broadcast

Scene numbers are assigned in the scene editor. See The Broadcast Console.
Search Bar Shortcuts
Available when the search bar is focused in the Live view.

Focusing the search bar temporarily pauses transcription. Blurring it resumes if transcription was active.
Verse List
When the verse list at the bottom of the Live view is focused:

Tips
- Start below the Live Transcript begins transcription, Space toggles it from anywhere (when not typing).
- Go Live on Display Preview sends verses to your projector/NDI/overlay. It does not start transcription.
- Escape instantly clears the display. Use it when the pastor moves to a non-scripture section.
- On macOS, Cmd replaces Ctrl in all shortcuts above.
